Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Easy Fast app (the “App”) processes personal data. The data controller is Lime SRL Semplificata (“we”, “us”), reachable at nicola.eusebi@gmail.com.
If you are located in the EEA/UK, we process your data in accordance with the GDPR/UK GDPR. This policy describes our purposes and lawful bases, as well as your rights.
1) Data We Collect
A. Data You Provide
- Contact details you share with us (e.g., email) when you request support or otherwise contact us.
B. Health Data via Apple HealthKit (optional)
With your explicit permission, the App may read: heart rate (HR), heart rate variability (HRV), sleep analysis, and workout/activity metrics. We do not write data to HealthKit. You can change permissions at any time in the Apple Health app.
Health data is used solely to compute on-device metrics (e.g., readiness, recovery, battery, stress, exertion). We do not use Health data for advertising, we do not sell Health data, and we do not share Health data with third parties for marketing purposes.
C. Usage & Diagnostics
- In-app events, crash and performance diagnostics, device model, OS version, language/region, app version/build, and a random app-scoped user ID.
D. Device Information
- Device model and OS version, locale, and other technical data needed to operate the App.
We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, or microphone recordings.
2) Purposes & Lawful Bases
- Core app features (compute and display health-based insights) — consent for HealthKit data; legitimate interests for general operation.
- Purchases & eligibility (subscriptions, restore purchases) — contract.
- Support & communications (respond to requests) — contract/legitimate interests.
- Analytics & quality (crash/diagnostics, performance) — legitimate interests.
- Legal compliance & security (fraud prevention, records) — legal obligation/legitimate interests.
3) Health Data Handling
- Where possible, Health data is processed on device; we do not store Health data on our servers.
- We do not use Health data for personalized advertising or data brokering.
- We do not share Health data with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
4) Payments
Purchases are handled by Apple In-App Purchases. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple processes payment information under its own privacy policies.
5) Sharing of Data
We may share limited data with service providers (e.g., crash analytics, infrastructure) under data processing agreements and only for the purposes described above. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal data.
6) International Transfers
If we process data outside your country, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
7) Retention
- Health data: read on demand from HealthKit; not stored on our servers.
- Diagnostics/logs: kept only as long as necessary for troubleshooting and quality (typically up to 12 months).
- Purchase records: retained as required for accounting/tax and fraud prevention.
8) Your Rights (EEA/UK and similar)
You may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time (e.g., by revoking Health permissions in the Apple Health app). 9) Children
The App is not directed to children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
10) Security
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
11) Third-Party Links
The App may contain links to third-party sites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
12) Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the effective date. Material changes may also be notified in-app.
