Glow Within (“the App”) is developed and published by Silvia Tasini, an individual based in Rome (Italy) (“we”). By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Glow Within is a well-being and personal growth app: journal, manifestation, morning and evening rituals, habits, Become Her, Vision Board, Style, workouts with videos, Glow Up, Alignment Score, XP and levels, with optional artificial intelligence features (Coach, Future Self, AI Stylist). Some features require a Premium subscription.
The App works without signing up. Your content stays on your device and, if you turn on iCloud, in your iCloud space. You are responsible for keeping your device and your Apple ID safe, and for keeping iCloud on if you want a copy of your data.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store rules.
The App's content (workouts, meditations, breathing, nutrition and self-care tips, rituals) is for information and motivation and does not replace advice from a doctor, psychologist or nutritionist. Before starting physical activity, especially during pregnancy, after an injury or with a health condition, consult your doctor. Stop if you feel pain or discomfort. If you are going through a hard time or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services (112 in the EU) or a professional right away.
Answers from the Coach, Future Self and AI Stylist are generated automatically by an artificial intelligence system (OpenAI) and may contain errors or inaccuracies. They are meant for inspiration and personal well-being: they are not medical, psychological, nutritional or professional advice and do not replace an expert's opinion. If you are going through a hard time or thinking about harming yourself, contact emergency services (112 in the EU) or a professional right away. The AI features are optional, need an internet connection and your consent, have daily usage limits and may change or be suspended. Do not send content you do not have the rights to, or other people's data or photos without their permission. How the data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.
Workout videos are published on YouTube by independent channels and open outside the App; catalog images come from Unsplash. We do not control this content and are not responsible for it: it may change or become unavailable. The terms of those services also apply to its use.
Premium unlocks additional features, listed in the App. It is available as a monthly or yearly subscription; prices are shown in the App in your App Store currency. The yearly plan may include a free trial for eligible new subscribers, according to Apple's rules.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase (or when the free trial ends). The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID settings. Uninstalling the App or deleting your data does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under its rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
If you change device or reinstall the App, use “Restore purchases” with the same Apple ID to get your subscription back.
What you write and add in the App remains yours: we do not receive it or use it, except to forward it to the AI when you use the artificial intelligence features, only to generate the answer. You are responsible for having the rights to the images and audio you add. Since your content is stored only on your device and in your iCloud, we cannot recover it if it is lost or deleted.
The App, its design, texts, graphics and the Glow Within brand belong to Silvia Tasini or her licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them or decompile the App, except as permitted by law.
You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, circumvent its paid features, interfere with how it works or use it in ways that infringe the rights of others.
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or damages arising from the use of the App's or third parties' content. This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or the rights the law grants to consumers.
We may update the App and these Terms. The current version is always available in the App, with the date of the last update; by continuing to use the App after a change you accept it.
The App is distributed through the App Store. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies (apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula). Apple is not responsible for the App or its support.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of Rome have jurisdiction over disputes, unless you are a consumer: in that case the courts of the place where you live have jurisdiction, as provided by consumer protection law.
