No. Glow Within works without an account: your journal, visions and progress stay on your iPhone and, if iCloud is on, sync privately through your iCloud. You can check it in Profile › iCloud sync.
Sign in with the same Apple ID, turn iCloud on and open Glow Within: your data comes back from your private iCloud. If iCloud was off on the old iPhone, the data stayed on that device.

Glow Within Premium unlocks the Morning and Evening Rituals, the daily letter from your future self, the AI Stylist, Glow Up, all habits and every workout. Open the Premium screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the Apple ID you subscribed with.
Profile › Manage or cancel your subscription, or iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Glow Within. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your data stays in the app whatever you choose.
The Coach, the letters from your future self, the AI Stylist and the other AI suggestions are optional and start only after you agree. They send OpenAI only what each request needs, through the Glow Within server, which keeps neither texts nor photos. You can turn them off anytime in Profile › AI features.
Profile › Reminders: choose the time of your Morning and Evening Ritual reminders, or turn them off.
Profile › Language: English, Italiano, Español, Français or Português.
Profile › Delete all my data removes your journal, visions, habits, rituals, saved looks and progress from your iPhone and from iCloud. It can't be undone and it doesn't cancel your subscription.
